On-Site Consultation
After scheduling an on-site consultation, we will discuss your project in details and collect all the necessary info. We'll share our initial ideas of what we think should be done and explain our working process.

Proposal and Contract
We'll draft a Proposal, and later the Contract which is a detailed work plan that our studio has to provide along with all the associated fees and liabilities.

Measurements
During the second site visit we will sign a contract, collect deposit and take all the necessary measurements as well as some photos of your place. This stage is a fundamental point for the start of the project.

Layout Plan
Based on the brief we will present you an optimal layout plan. We'll encourage you to make comments, additions and to share your thoughts. We have to be sure we are creating a space that completes your lifestyle and your needs.

Design Concept
At this stage we'll develop the overall design style and the key features of the future interior. According to the budget, we choose flooring, wall finishes, ceiling type, furniture, light fixtures, window coverings, accessories and determine the color palette.

3D Visualization
We will provide you with concept based photo-realistic images (renders) of your future space. That will allow you to visualize your Dream Interior in the smallest details.

Project Documentation and Quotes
Technical drawings along with the design project documentation are prepared at this step. It includes a quote with furniture and finishing materials + prices. However the construction materials and labor quote is provided separately by our contractor.
Technical drawings include the plan of walls, structures that have to be build/dismantled, door/window openings dimensions, flooring/tiles layout, heating organization scheme, ceiling lighting/ventilation plan, power outlets location and more.
