Information we receive

When you use a Contact or Inquiry form, JQ33 DESIGN receives the information you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, space type, and project details. Formspree processes the submission and delivers it to our Google Workspace inbox. Formspree and Cloudflare may also process technical data such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and anti-spam signals in their operational logs.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, arrange a consultation, prepare a proposal, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.

Processors and outbound services

We use Formspree for form processing, Google Workspace for email, and Cloudflare Pages and Web Analytics for hosting, security, and privacy-focused traffic measurement. A booking link takes you to Calendly only after you activate it; Calendly then applies its own privacy terms. Social links likewise open the selected third-party service only after activation. These providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada under their own safeguards and retention policies.

Retention and deletion

We keep information from leads who do not become clients for a maximum of 12 months, then delete or anonymize it. Records tied to an active client engagement, a legal obligation, fraud prevention, or a dispute are kept only for as long as that purpose requires. Service providers may retain limited security or delivery logs according to their published policies. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.
